The day before a scheduled appointment, BookClick sends an SMS reminder to the customer. This message includes details about the appointment and a tracking link, allowing the customer to confirm or adjust their reservation for the following day.  Once the SMS is sent, the status of the reservation changes to 'Reminded' in the system, indicating that the message has been delivered and is awaiting customer action.
